Returns
At Bunker Club, we design pieces made to last. If something is not right, returns are straightforward.
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unused and in original condition
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in original packaging
- include proof of purchase

Items must not be sent back before return approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@bunkerclub.se as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your order and place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period. Items must meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
